Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 23, 2026

Tyrone Software ("we", "us") operates tyronesoftware.com. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors everywhere; where a specific local law gives you stronger rights, that law still applies to you.

Data we collect

  • Usage data. Standard server and security logs (IP address, browser user agent, pages requested, timestamps), kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.
  • Partner accounts. If you sign in to the partner area, we store your email address and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
  • Orders and payments. If you buy a product, we store the Telegram username you provide, the order amount, and details of the blockchain transaction used to confirm payment (transaction hash, amount, timestamp). We do not process card or bank details; payment is made directly on the TRON blockchain.
  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics does not log or store your IP address. You can block it with a browser extension or privacy setting; see our Cookie Policy for how.
  • Anti-bot check. Some forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process limited technical signals (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to confirm a submission is not automated. See Cloudflare's own privacy policy for details of that processing.

Why we use it

To operate the site and the products we sell, to secure the site against abuse, to respond to messages you send us, and to understand site usage so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with the services that make the site work: Cloudflare (security, bot protection and analytics), Google (analytics), TronGrid (reading the public TRON blockchain to confirm payments) and Telegram (if you choose to start a conversation with our bot). Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Order and subscription records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and support, then removed or anonymised. Server logs are kept briefly and then discarded. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' own retention settings.

Your choices

You can block analytics cookies from your browser at any time; see our Cookie Policy for how. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. To do any of this, use the Contact page.
